What are some excuses for returning a printer?

I bought a printer about 2 weeks ago

So far I used up most of the ink and make a tiny dent

Both which is not my fault

I told my brother to not use the printer without my permission but of course he printed some things that took up quite a bit of ink

And he dropped his cell phone on it that made a tiny dent

But I seriously need everything perfect

So whats my excuse for exchanging it

Tell me all of the excuses you can think of

The dent may be a deal breaker, however simply try that you were not satisfied with he quality of the print.  

The black was too light, the photos were not are sharp as promised.  It was too loud, too slow, the paper handling was not as stated.

If you are looking for an exchange you are most likely out of luck.  Many places will not exchange printers for the sole purpose that people would when their cartridges became empty.

um something like it came with a dent and i want to return it before its too late but dont give them too much detail
