I need some exercises that will help improve my jump and my stride and help strengthen my legs.

  1. stretch out the insides of your legs and do extra stag - jumps for practice.


  2. Plyometrics is the way to go here... squat jumps, high knees, jump lunges, step ups... ect.... anything that is explosive will help.
