  1. Swimming is the best exercise for low joint impact, and it'll really help strength all over your body if you do it right and do it often. As opposed to running where your joints are constantly being impacted, the water offers no joint impact.

  3. Try pilates!!  That is very good exercise and if you do not work yourself too hard it is easy on the joints!  You got to take it easy though it you feel pain stop and try another easier exercise.  

       One exercise is lay down on your back and put your opposite elbow to you knee.  And then you can switch back and forth.  It sounds silly but it helps.  That is only one but look more into pilates.  Make sure you stretch though!  Good luck!! :-)
