  1. ask people at gym

  2. Google the term "plyometrics"  You should be able to find all kinds of exercises to increase your jumping.

  3. My daughter is a 6ft tall volleyball player but she didn'tt jump very high until her coach told herto findnd a curb or something as tall as a and jump on and off of it a fast as she could this improves the fast twitch muscles and your vertical and make sure when you hit to get two arms up

    Good Luck

  4. My coaches makes us jump onto bleachers then step down, but the thing is it doesn't seem hard after 1 or 2, but after 50 of them, it burns! You build up so much leg muscles and your vertical becomes higher. I would suggest doing wall sits and squats with a medicine ball as part of daily exercise too. good luck!

  5. Squats. If you've never done strength training, that is the first step toward a higher vertical. Increased strength will allow other types of training like plyometrics to be effective. There's really good info here http://verticalleaptraining.blogspot.com

  6. reach the sky with yu arms fully out

and for yur legs.. kinda do the same

  7. Find a place with a lot of wide steps, like a staircase or the steps at a football stadium or in a gym.  Do sets of jumps up the stairs in the following ways:  running up the steps normally, running up the steps picking up your legs high, jumping up with both legs, jumping up on only the right leg, and jumping up with only the left leg.  This works incredibly well if you do it enough.  When it starts getting easier, hold weights in your hands or use ankle weights to add some resistance.
