    that contains lots of flexibility stretches, specifically for the splits, but there you go (:

    ^^ have a look around that for stretches etc

    & try yoga positions, hold them for about 30 secs

    i do that daily (:

    make sure you use a mat, flexible clothing, and before you do anything "too hard", get a spotter (someone to watch you if you fall)


  2. Yoga and Pilates both elongate muscles and make you MUCH more flexible with time and patience.
