What are some exercises when you are short on time?

over the summer i was in prettty good shape because i had a lot of free time and i exercised a lot during that time. but now that school is starting i've gotta get up earlier, i'm gone half the day, i have to study (i'm a straight A student and good grades are important to me especially now because i'm starting high school) i have spell bowl practices after school, i have church on wednesdays and sundays, i'm usually busy saturdays with friends and friday nights are football games that i like to go to and i always feel so busy and i want to stay in shape but i just never have enough time! what are some effective exercises that are fast, like half hour workouts would be great? i am in PE at school, we jog for 6 minutes straight every day and we are playin softball right now, next month we'll be doing tennis, and so on with other physical activity. the class is like 55 minutes long. we get 5 minutes to change b4 class and 5 minutes at the end so it's more like 45 minutes.

  1. This may not be as helpful as you may want; however, I find that stretching works very well for me in a short time. For me, it is energizing, and it simply feels good too. Improved circulation has many benefits for health, exercise and weight loss; plus, it takes mere seconds to do certain forms. Additionally, it requires no equipment or apparatuses!
