I'm going to be a senior in high school and I want to have a winning science fair project. I have ten mice, and I'm trying to brainstorm some ideas on what I should be testing. I'm madly interested in biology and health, so it'd be nice if I could do something to do with that. Thanks for all answers!! =]

  1. If you start right away you may have enough time for enough generations to breed miniature or  bigger mice.  Either trait is likely to be associated with some other observable trait. Perhaps a change in the proortion of the snout or tail compaed to total body length.  That would prove a direct genetic link between the traits.  A color change is a likely trait to look for also.  Trying to spot a change in behavior is a lot harder to prove but seems a likely candidate also.

If you are not willing to sacrifice the wrong sized mice you can complicate the experment be trying to breed two seperating populations, one getting bigger, the other smaller.  And then see if they can and do interbreed.  This is a very important point in theories of speciation.  I do not know if you have time enough to do it but the idea is not impossible.
