  1. Galleries LaFayette is a great place to shop and have lunch. Walking down the various streets you will see gorgeous pastry shops you can stop in and get some sweets or grab a street panini while you just walk the streets of Paris.  You will pinch yourself as it is just TOO FABULOUS!!!!  Have a great time!

  2. One word "GO."

Paris is the single most popular tourist destination in the world. there is a reason for this. Its wonderful.

Its an old city with a very rich history dating to before the Roman empire.

Its a cultural mecca that has attracted artists, musicians, dancers and poets for centuries.

It has some of finest museums anywhere.

It has fabulous tourists sights from the Eiffel Tower to the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs Elysee, Notre Dame, and dozens of others.

It has great music venues, clubs, and cafes.

It has incredible cuisine. Food so good that you will weep to realize you have wasted your life eating fast food.

Mainly it has an ambiance that is both comfortable and cosmopolitan.

Okay, so have you realized I REALLY like Paris?

  3. Paris is INCROYABLE.  You'd be "folle" if you didn't go.

  4. Latin Quarter, gardens around the Trocadero, Place des Abbesses, Musee d'Orsay, the roses at Musee Rodin gardens, rue Mouffetard markets. Honey, I'm getting Paris homesick--need someone to carry your bags?

  5. French women. You do the great shopping they have. I'll sit out on the cafe, drinking my Perrier watching the girls go by.

  6. Paris is absolutely amazing. I got the chance to go when I was 11. I went, of course, and had a great time. I am only 12 now so, I still remember it. The best place in all of Paris and surrounding areas is Versailles. You have to go! The best shopping is at an open-air market. Printemps and Bon Marche are really expensive, but get some gourmet coffee at Bon Marche. Also, go up in the Eiffel tower(unless you're afraid of heights. Its 999 feet up in the air as far as you can go.) Then go to Notre Dame. Buy a Museum Pass for 30 euros and go to Notre Dame, The Louvre, and Versailles. With the museum pass, you can get into those places for free. Shopping is like everywhere, so just walk along some random streets and you'll find good bargains. Take plenty of money!! Have a good time if you go!!! I loved it.

  7. Fontainebleau and Versailles Castles are my favorites, if you are able to get to the surrounding areas of Paris. May is a great time to visit Paris and surrounding areas as the weather is not too hot or cold. Spring is the best time to visit Paris, in my opinion.

Apart from the usual touristy parts of Paris, I'd definitely recommend seeing the Sacre Coeur church, which (once you climb the steps) will offer one of the best views of the whole city :)

  8. GO!!! There is really good shopping and some cool sites.  The city is amazing, if you have the opportunity, totally go.
