  1. well im from puerto san jose and ill tell u it is the one of the hottest weathers there even in winter, it is hot, like it is raining but your still sweating, it is as if there was no winter. the capital as i know its cold, then esquipulas, san reymundo , antigua, and all those places are cold weather.

  3. Guatemala is the size of Tennessee. It has a coastal plane on the Pacific side, used mostly for agriculture. It is hot. The eastern 2 thirds are a limestone shelf, like Florida. That is where most of the Mayan ruins are located. It is hot. Guatemala is divided by the Sierra Madre mountains, where the climate is determined by elevation. That is where most of the people live and the bigger cities and towns are (Guatemala City, Antigua, Lake Atitlan, Xela, etc.). This area is called the "Land of Eternal Spring". 1% of the people own 70% of the land. Puerto Barrios is the east coast port, Puerto San Jose and Puerto Quetzal are the 2 west coast ports.
