There is a French international station called TV5 Monde (literally "TV5 World"), which broadcasts many French programs throughout the world. English descriptions of these shows are available via their website. However, for the record, while France has talk shows, such as but not limited to "Tout le monde en parle" or "On n'a pas tout dit", the format is noticeably different from Leno and Letterman.

We don't really have this in France. I know two shows like this: one on TF1 called La méthode Cauet, an other on France2 called On n'est pas couchés. Some others on cable channels.
