What are some fast food items or places to get something that isn't terribly fattening or unhealthy?

I had Subway yesterday....so something other than that.

  1. Wendy's isnt too bad, espically the salads, any where you na get a salad isn't a bad idea. Taco bell is pretty low fat on some of their items. And its pretty healthy


  2. Go to any of the fast food restaurants and get a salad or a grilled chicken sandwich w/o mayo.  McDonald's also has the fruit and yogurt parfaits that aren't that bad.  If you go to Taco Bell, get tacos off their Fresco menu (healthier).

  4. Wendy's chili and salad with the non fat dressings make a filling lunch and low fat -

    Taco Bell - you can get a chicken soft taco for 170 cals and 6g. fat or if you order a taco or a burrito off of the "fresco menu" then you will be under 10g fat and 350 cals.

    At McDonald's, Burger King, etc, you can get a chicken sandwich, just ask for no mayo and no cheese. I believe McDonald's also offers a chicken sandwich on a wheat bun now.  Or if you are feeling a salad, just be sure to get one without breaded chicken and WITH fat-free dressing

  6. Chick-fil-a is actually one of the or if not the healthiest fast food place. If you go inside or ask at the drive thru they have the nutrition facts of all their foods and even drinks posted and in brochures as soon as you go in. AND THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS!

  7. chicken from anywhere is good just as long as you get it grilled, not crispy. grease is always a factor in fast food, but i'd stick with chicken, salads and subway. there's also weight watchers meals on menus at applebees and stuff.

  8. I would eat a small Wendys chili and grilled chicken sandwich. If I ate at Taco Bell I would eat 2 tacos (not supreme).

  9. Wendy's chili is actually pretty good for you -- relatively low in saturated fat, high in protein and fiber...Add an all-vegetable salad with an olive oil base dressing and you're in good shape.

  10. Just eat a salad at Mcdonalds. They have healthy choices there now.
