What are some fast ways to lose water weight by 4:00 p.m.?

it is 10:00 a.m. and i have Open House for school at 4:00 p.m.

i have a bloated stomach and i need to lose some water weight.

i am only 13 years old.

does green tea help flush you out?

  1. well,    drink a LOT of water! like a lot a lot!,   and then it will flush all of the bad stuff out(when u go to pee),   also go fo a good longrun maybe.

    But caffeine is a dieretic and will help you lose water weight

  3. I was going to suggest a water pill until I saw your age. You should not be so concerned at your age. It sounds weird and seems to not make sense, but the best way to lose water is to drink a TON of it. It will flush out your system and your body wont store extra water thinking that it will be awhile before it gets more. Not sure about green tea, if you are holding that much water, you should see a doctor. Also, depending on if you have started cycles yet, you may be near your period, which will also cause you to hold water. Try to take one or two Midol (or any PMS pill) they help to reduce water gain too. Good luck and be healthy about it.

  6. Try to let all your insides get out, meaning. Go pee, p**p. whatever.

    LOTS of water does help and green tea does help flush you out, but i really and STRONGLY recommend white tea. its better, helps you loose weight and clears up your face!
