  2. Hey Rudy,

Good luck with whatever your doing=) Here are some appropriate choices for musical theatre songs:

    Popular- Wicked

Bop to the Top- High School Musical

  3. do little shop of horrors prologue, you can't stop the beat from hairspray, spread a little sunshine from pippin, lets hear it for the boy from footloose, without love from hairspray, if you would like others e-mail me!!!!!!!!!!!!! =)

  4. There's a great song called "It's an Art" from the musical Working.

You could also do something classic like "I Can't Say No" from Oklahoma (done right, it could be really funny), there's also "Nothing" from A Chorus Line.

The song that the baker's wife sings in Into the Woods is good, so is "Children Will Listen" that the Witch sings (same show).

I could go on and on, but you get the idea. Just pick a character that you relate to and it should make things easier. If you can, pick a song that is from the same era as the show you're auditioning for. (Like don't sing something from Wicked if you're doing The Sound of Music, it just doesn't translate well.)

    Have fun!
