  1. try stir fry with tofu.

also, cous cous, or polenta. yum. you can do a lot with polenta, you won't get sick of it.

go to foodnetwork.com and look up polenta and there are literally a thousand ways to make it.

  2. Hard to find foods?   You can eat anything that does not come from a dead animal.  There are thousands of things to eat.  I eat homemade pizza, pasta dishes, rice dishes, stir fry, boca burgers, grilled veggie sandwiches, vegetable stew, vegetarian tacos, vegetable casseroles and lots of other things.  You can make almost any of your old favorites vegetarian just replacing an ingredient.  Just google them.

For example, here's a website with vegetarian versions of mexican favorites:

    http://www.ivu.org/recipes/mexican2/

Quinoa is not like porridge, it's more like rice so you can use it in place of rice in rice dishes.  They have a bunch of recipes at the Quinoa website

  3. if your a vegetarian and not a vegan you could eat

    1.macaroni and cheese

    2.cheese pizza

3.vegetarian pizza but that cost like $20 or more

    4. vegetable soup

    5.Salads

    6.Bean Burritoes

    7.Nachos/Rice and Beans

go to http://michaelbluejay.com/veg/eat.html   and it would show you what you can eat

  4. as a vegetarian you can eat pretty much the same stuff as everyone else, you just have to make some modifications. Just be sure to try to eat as much raw fruits and vegetables as possible and you should be fine. Its funny cause most folks think that they will suffer from a protein deficiency which is completely invalid, as long as you are not a junk food vegetarian lol.

  5. Fruits, vegetables, grains, beans, and nuts.  As long as it's not meat (i.e., animal flesh), gelatin, or rennet (a coagulating salt made from the fourth stomachs of veal calves used to make cheese), vegetarians can eat it.

Eat a well-balanced diet--i.e., don't replace meat with cheese and eggs--and you will probably get all the nutrients you need.

Quinoa is a South American grain that is one of the few perfect proteins of the plant world.  You can eat it with almost anything you'd eat with rice or other grains and make pilafs with it.

  6. Tofu

  7. I eat the following foods and always take a mult vitamin.

Salads with lots of extras like shredded cheese, sunflower seeds and other types of nuts, sometimes with cottage cheese.

Cheese lasagna, pizza, other types of pasta

Various asian foods (Just about every type of thai food has a vegetarian version with tofu or is just naturally vegetarian)

    Vegetarian Subs

Stuffed Peppers (with rice and sauce)

    Bean Burritoes/Nachos/Rice and Beans

    Vegetarian Fajitas

MorningStar meals at the grocery stores are pretty close to the real things. Kind of expensive but I eat them every once in a while just to break the routine up a little.

Well yeah these are what I eat over and over again so I pretty much eat the same things too.
