What are some foods I can eat that are low in salt but are tasty and satisfying?

I am five months pregnant and if I even look at salt I swell up. Its hard to find things that taste good, filling and are low in salt.

Any suggestions?

  1. How about this - have some raw cut up veggies dipped in dressing for a snack - or some sliced cheddar on low salt crackers - summertime fruit like strawberries and blueberries with cool whip/whipped cream for dessert - YUM!
