  9. Actually, right now I'm munching on frosted mini wheats with maple and brown sugar. They are pretty good! High in fiber 5g per serving. High in iron -which was a surprise. I have a tendicy for low iron. About 190 calories per24 pieces. I  enjoy them without milk and they travel well!!

    Organic/high in fiber wheat bread is good for a sandwich.

    Also, bran oats cereal is good, always high in fiber.

    You have also take fiber supplements, my family takes them and they work haha. :)

  21. All fruit and veg contin some fibre. However soem have better fibre than others.

    Potatoes are an excellent fibre source but only if you eat them with the skin on. Leafy greens do not have as much fibre as legumes or marrows but they have other essential nutrients and you should eat copiious amounts of them.

    Bananas, apples, pears and magoes are all very good for fibre.

    Oats, nuts, wholegrains and cereals are other excellent. Bran and wheatgerm. Processed bread and bead products have little or no fibre. Even if they say they have "added" fibre steer clear of supermarket brand breads. They are high in salt, sugar and preservatives but low in fibre. Avoid at all costs.
