What are some foods that are good for your skin?

I don't like fish that much, but I am willing to try something that's not too fishy tasting.

  1. Anything that causes inflammation is bad for your skin.  Avoid foods with a high sugar content.  Never start your day with orange juice on an empty stomach.  Iodized foods (think processed and fast food) also cause inflammation.  Drinking a lot of water is good for your skin.

  3. I keep hearing that dark green salads like romaine or spinach leaves (spring mix) are great for skin!! Vitamin A enriched foods.. Try broccoli and carrots (are great too) with beta carotine also high with vitamin A!!
