what are some foods i can eat that has ABSOLUTELY NO SUGAR?

  1. Raw vegetables

    Fruits [have natural sugars however]

    Tuna

    Chicken

    Beef

    Fish

    Shrimp

    Crab (not imitation)

  3. ANY and ALL meat have zero sugars....even some veggies like carrots actually have lots of sugars including things like onions.

  4. Pretty much everything you eat turns to some kind of sugar. Even veggies contain starches that turn into sugar. Beets, carrots, sugar peas and onions all contain sugar as well as many more vegetables. Milk, cheese, yogurt and ice cream as well as other dairy products contain a sugar called lactose and of course fruits contain a sugar called fructose.

  5. Mushrooms. Lettuce, iceburg and romaine. any kindave fresh dark leafy veggies, kale, collard, mustard greens etc. (only when bought without spices added, like dont buy canned, buy frozen or bagged fresh)

    umm carrots, spinache...and then any kinda fresh protiens, fresh fish, red meats chicken etc...

    theres plenty more foods but thats all i can think of right now, i hope i helped! :D
