What are some foods that will help me?

need some foods rich in fiber...my stomach hurts so bad...fruits, cereal, anything else??

  1. try eating anything green like spinach.


  2. Broccolli is amazing....The greener the better it is.

    Spinach, green beans, kidney beans.  If your stomach hurts i'd lay off the food for a quick few minutes and drink alittle sprite or seven up.  It's somthing my grandma had my mom and me do when she's raise us, it has somthing to do with the bubbles and the citrusy taste - it works.  

    Dont drink the whole can if your calorie conscious, take a few sips - see how it feels.

  3. is it hurt because you had gas in your stomach - gastric? i always take isotonic drinks like 100 Plus whenever i had gastric pain.

    try to eat foods that are mild and easy to digest - like rice porridge, cereal and milk, etc..

    avoid foods that are spicy
