What are some foods(snack foods possibly) that have a lot of protein in them?

  1. Hard boiled eggs, raw nuts or raw seeds, grapefruit, cottage cheese, carrots, egg whites, jerky (best if made by you so you can control the amount of preservatives that aren't put in it etc), sun-dried tomatos, low-fat cheese, tuna (on rice-cakes with some salsa or relish), beans, bakes mini-turkey meatballs (pre-made by TJs - yummy), canned salmon on whole wheat/whole grain crackers, PB on veggies or on apples, Kashi GoLean cereal (I eat it dry or with milk), fiber one bars or fiber one cereal, hummus (with veggies etc)...

    Almonds, Peanuts, Cashews - 1/4 cup, 8grams, 9 grams, 5 grams of protein

    Peanut Butter - 2 Tablespoons, 8 grams of protein

    Yogurt - 8-12 grams of protein per cup
