I've been trying to get my health back on track, and also trying to make sure that I get taller by eating more vegetables, fruit, and drinking milk. So, that's pretty much it. Oh yeah, could you put it in list form please? Thanks.

  1. Fruits and vegetables are not reliable sources of Vitamin D.

Sufficient exposure to sunlight is the most reliable source.

  2. buy tropicana orange juice with calcium and vitamin d

also, try to expose your skin to the outside for about 10-15 minutes a day, and wear sunscreen. this will help a lot!

  3. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin and so is far easier to get from animal products. It is also added to milk. And of course you can get it (unfortunately in unpredictable amounts) by exposing your skin to the sun.

Shortage of quality protein can stunt your growth, so you have to be very careful about that until you attain your final height.

  4. MUSHROOMS contain a good amount of vitamin d...you can also go stand outside if you want more vitamin d...it is called the 'sunshine vitamin' for a reason

  5. No vegetables or fruit contain Vitamin D naturally.

If I see orange juice with added Vitamin D, it makes me think the D probably came from an animal source.

Most people can get plenty of the Vitamin by simply catching a few minutes of sunlight each day.

  6. Most people get enough from just being outside 10-15 minutes a day.  Milk also has vitamin D.  Your height is determined by genetics..eating fruits and veggies won't make you taller.

  7. Go outside and play.  Then you will get Vitamin D from the sun.
