I am teaching a nusery class for 1-3 year olds and i need a fun and messy activities to do with them... They really enjoyed the cornflour and water activity. If there is something related to frog's that would be great since that is the topic(pond them) this week.

  1. you could make edible playdough for them (don't tell them it's edible until later in the activity or you won't have nothing for them to play with)

  2. sensory painting with  coffee, syrup, jelly play

  3. water balloon fight

  4. believe it or not toddlers loooooove shaving cream! and it could be green! for the color of frogs

  5. finger painting or Moon Sand

  6. finger painting - but with their hands ! so they smoosh them in the paint but need loads of newspaper of course, and you could ask them to paint frogs

or potato printing where you use a cut shape in a pototo to print paint to make great patterns!

    good luck x

  7. You could make playdough or clay and then have them sculpt frogs out of it.

google has lots of clay and playdough recipes (and they're nontoxic...lol).

  8. Find a sponge shaped like a frog. After finger painting a white paper with the color of a lake have the children sponge on some frogs. Or use their fingers to make frogs. Let them design and shape on their own. Paint their feet and let them do foot prints on the paper.

  9. fingerpaint with pudding

    fingerpaint with cool whip/food color

    feet print with washable paint

  10. Shaving cream, sand, water, rice play, flour play, oatmeal, styrofoam.  All of this has to be monitored but these are some things that I have done with the kids.  You can do them inside or outside.
