What are some fun, unique things to do for free?

My boyfriend and I are both young, 19 and 20, and we are pretty tight for cash. We already go on bike rides and hike a lot, but I want to do something different, maybe exciting. We live in Ohio so the weather is nice here in the summer..

Any ideas???/

Our favorite place is MSU in Lansing, MI. We enjoy the falls on the Red Cedar River, which flows thru campus. Another is the botanical gardens. One adjunct to this is the demo gardens, where you can view all kinds of plants, trees, herbs, veggies, etc. The concerts in the park are free, but bring your bug spray.

All of the above can be enjoyed in your own back yard. Explore and discover.
