What are some fun engaging activities for 7 year olds?

I am starting a new nanny job and I have much more experience with much older and much younger children. I want to provide some age appropriate activities for us to do together. Im thinking about jewlery making or baking. Any other ideas? I know this age group goes nuts over WebKinz and Disney Channel stars, but im not really trying to sit in front of the computer or the TV.

Bake cookies with them.

Play-doh, coloring, reading books, dancing silly, playing jump rope, dress up, making puppets out of paper and popsicle sticks and putting on a puppet show when parent gets home or film it.
