  1. Television, and a game called roped in a closet

  2. well theres always the classic hide and go seek all kids love that game idk about the 9 year old but the 2 year old will love it another would be a scavenger hunt...write down in a piece of paper ( for the 9 year old) find a yellow object, find something with 6 corners etc.....use your imagination...tell them scary stories but not to scary you dont wan to freak them out.......GOOD LUCK KIDS ARE GR8 THEY LIKE ANYTHING!!!!

  3. normally when i babysit, ill do things like hide-and-go-seek, or maybe take them for walks. and i also remember when i was little my babysitter would always bring a few "special" movies. she'd also bring video games too.

also out door games like, tag, red-rover red-rover, maybe a few board games like puzzles and operation. i used to have this Easy Bake that i would do too.

the kids i babysit also like putting in CDs like, Hannah Montana and dancing for a long time. that keeps them busy.

and maybe for the kids around 7,8or9 might like this thing called a "Bemo"

its like a giant frisby. they're SO cool!

and it doesn't hurt if you get hit with either!

    well...hope i helped!

    bye!

  4. monopoly for the older ones, pots and pans for the younger ones.

  5. let me not suggest hide and go seek.  you go and hide with a 2 year old who's not supposed to be left unattended? ha! When I was 13 I was watching a 2 year old and 10 year old for a few hours and they were hiding (went into a closet and I watched them go in).  Little did I know there was a laundry shoot in there and the 10 year old was all for her little brother taking a ride.  Parents say they do it all the time hence all the blankets at the end of the shoot.  Needless to say I never babysat for them again!

I suggest board games, taking them for walks, reading to them, watching videos, bringing some cookies for them to decorate.

  6. halabaloo, monopoly, girl talk, that is it.

  7. I always print off some coloring pages before I go over to babysit. Maybe some superheros for boys and princesses for girls. They can just sit and color for a really long time and you can just watch!

A game that the kids I babysat always loved was a "hide it" type game. It's a little like hide and go seek but you can keep a better eye on the kids, especially the 2 year old. Tell each of the kids to grab a few of their favorite toys then have one of the kids hid the toys. When they are done hiding it, the other kid(s) go run around trying to find their toys. This entertains them for hours!!

Board games are tricky if there is a big gap in age, the younger ones always get upset if they lose, so be careful with that.

If it's during the day, kids love sprinklers or slip and slides. Chalk is usually a hit too!
