What are some fun hobbies?

Question

i've learned to be very specific when asking questions. i don't want to spend a fortune on it. rock climbing is expensive.

i like to fish and recently obtained 2 fishing poles.

i'm kind of artsy- but not drawing.. more of a random artsy, musical, scrapbooky type. i just started my first scrapbook.

i learned how to surf in hawaii but i haven't been since.

i'm scuba certified and have the gear.

i want some hobbies like scrapbooking that will keep me busy but are really fun too. i'd like to learn to skateboard. i'm a little bit tom boy. i like to cook- mostly grill stuff. and i'm okay with handywork. i'm a film major at UCF and i don't go to clubs or anything.. not my thing..

any suggestions? if not what is YOUR favorite hobby?

i think jump roping is a good  hobbie because it gets you  some exercise for your legs and will get your legs stronger and better.

My favorite hobbies are Nature watching and Cooking.

- Horse riding

- Drawing

- Scrapbooking

- Some Fishing

- Gardening

- Walking (in the countryside)

I wholeheartedly recommend all kinds of crafts, especially cross-stitching which is great fun, cheap, addictive, creative and suits also for those rainy days!

Well, I enjoy horseback riding (even though I don't own one), reading, and I've been making a quilt this summer, which is cool because I can watch a movie or listen to a book on tape while I quilt.

I like to do quilting.  I taught myself to quilt.  My site appliquequiltdesigns.com gives easy instructions on quilting.
