If you go to Michaels you can buy a lot of really cool things i.e. model kits, paints, crayons, clay kits, etc.

At Michael's you can buy the white,black,or plain denim flats and decorate them to whatever you want them to look like. You can buy t-shirts at Michael's and decorate them as well. Making your own puzzles using blank puzzles are neat as well. Designing your own flip-flops are fun. Making your own jewelry as well. Learning to bake a cake from scratch and decorate it with icing the Wilton way using the Wilton cake kits is a neat project as well. Soap-making, perfume-making.

I like going on different craft sharing websites. There are lots of teens and young adults who share their projects try these two: craftster & cut out and keep.

Get some regular inexpensive rubber flip flops and decorate them.  You can use silk flowers you have cut from a bunch, ribbons, yarn, anything glittery.  Add charms etc and tie them onto the toe part of the flip flop.  Change colors as required for your wardrobe.
