What are some fun (perferably two-player) card games?

Double Handed 500 is in my opinion the greatest 2 player card game on earth.

Lot's are there.  I like to play a simple game called war.  It's fun, but can take a long time.  You both put down a card and whoever has the higher card takes them both.  If you have the same card put 3 cards face down and then one face up and that counts if they're the same do it again.  The one with all the cards at the end wins.
