the Detroit Institute of Arts and the Detroit Science Center are both within walking distance and have very reasonable admission prices. Ford field is there as well, there is always some kind of trade show, such as a computer or collectors show, going on there. if you are willing to take a cab, don't take a bus, there is the Detroit Zoo, Greenfield Village and the Ford museum. have fun........and say no to the panhandlers!!!!!
