What are some fun songs to play on the guitar?

I know alot of songs by Jack Johnson because he is my all time favorite. I know "Tears in Heaven", "Blackbird", "Lullabye"(Creed), "Your Body Is a Wonderland", "Aubrey", and so on and so forth.

I'm looking for songs that are slow and easy listening (Not easy as in "easy to play" but something that is soothing to the ears). Pure acoustic melodies, and soft tunes. I don't want songs that you need to tune the guitar, that just gets annoying after a while but I don't care if it has a capo. I also want to sing with them so maybe something slow singing that goes with the melody.
