What are some fun things to do in Paris? (besides the obvious)?

I am a 19 year old female going to Paris for a few days with my mother. We are very active and want to make our trip worthwhile... any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thank you!

there are some brilliant swimming pools in paris! ones with massive slides and water features!

climbing the eiffel tower and disneyland are obvious but definatly worth visiting!

When my family went, we always had one major thing to do each day. Whether it was to visit a museum, the eiffel tower, or the louvre. Along the way though its wonderful to walk through the streets and get a sense for what the culture is really like. Along the way you always find something else thats interesting to do. Also, talk to the french. They get a bad rap for some reason when really, we found them to be quite friendly and helpful.
