ok like the first person with the coins, colors, arco pole, who can do the best dive, fastest swimmer, (if you have a diving board) take a ball (like kickball) a throw it while someone jumps in and see if they could catch the ball, red light green light....hmm and just swim

Marco Polo, race around the rim of the pool, biggest splash into the pool. You can take a few coins and throw them into the pool, and see who can find the most. Or you can throw in just one coin, and see who can find it first. See how big of a whirlpool you can get. I can't think of much else you can do without having more.

Marco Polo and throwing the coins into the pool would be the funnest ones to do.
