What are some fun things to do on the bus?

so my class filedtrip is comming up and its like 1-2 houres just to get there!!! and to make it worse my teachers wont let anyone bring elcetronics or food? The kids on the bus will be between the ages of 11-13! we are thinking of sining some songs but dont know any cool ones. Thanks alot!!!

make up some questions like

what is your favortie show?

what letter start  with s? etc and no repeat answer

or draw dot on paper and ask to connect the dot to dots and try to get in squared and shade it and earn 1point/or more for making a square.

punch bug,as you get more ideas from here write them all down and put them in a bag and take turns drawing out an activity, you could cut pics out of magazines of things you might see on the road put them in a bag and have one person pick a pic and they have to find it and say there it is and every body has to guess what it was, then who ever guessed first they get to draw and start all over again.have every body bring year books from other schools and other grades and every body can share stories,and its always fun to see what people wrote to each other.make up your own song pick a topic and have every body write something about it and then take turns singing your part it is so funny when you add it all together but every body has to write it down so you don't forget.

We did 99 Bottles of Beer on the Wall and there are that many choruses to sing so by the time you finish your teachers will be thrilled to let you bring electronics!

I can't give you the tune but here are the words:

if one of those bottles should happen to fall

98 bottles of beer on the wall

Then repeat, all the way down to one bottle....

We annoyed our teacher so much one field trip, on the next one they allowed us to bring comics and magazines just to shut us up. We sang ten green bottles, but changed it to ten thousand. then nine thousand nine hundred and ninety nine, and so on. we got down to 8, 500 till they yelled at us to sing something else. We ten thousand green frogs sitting on a log, Eventually they got tired of this, so we sang i know a song that'll get on you nerves - worked, so they let us sing ten green bottles again. on the way home there was a constant "Are we there yet" from the back of the bus. Now we take comics, even though we all year eleven.

well you can get a group of friends to sit in one part of the bus to talk.then for the kids who are not popular read abook. think of games you can play like i spy or truth or dare(make sure their appaoparite so you won't get in trouble.) you'll have fun time. enjoy your trip. :)
