like you would a pumpkin at halloween, but instead use the watermellon...

Jamie Oliver in his first tv series made a hole in a watermelon, fitted a funnel and poured vodka in it.   The watermelon absorbs it and makes for a tasty boozy dessert.

He added the vodka  a bit at a time, not all at once, just like you'd do with a Xmas cake before icing it.
