I guess it depends what you are into.  I like to scrap book or arrange my pictures when I have time.  I also like to paint and draw.  If you have some kind of hobby you can try something like that.  Get some new recipes and do some baking or try new dishes for when the family does come home.  i personally hate cooking but just a thought and throwing it out there!  Have fun what ever you do!

I enjoy watching TV shows i don't get to watch when family is here and i do my nails and call friends i haven't talked too and get together with some friends to eat and catchup.  What i really enjoy doing is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING .

I am in my fifties , when alone I turn up my music and I dance !!   I hope nobody can see me through the window because I dance like a mad woman.  Good exercise I guess.  and oh such fun.

At my age I make things for my grandchildren, doll houses puppets, games checkers and lots more.

Can't stand to be idle and just sit there so I am constantly doing and inventing and writing poetry and making each moment count. Sorry no p**n.

Make cookies and refrigerate them until my grandchildren come also, they love my kitchen sink cookies, they seem to have everything in but the kitchen sink..........
