What are some games that display leadership?

What are some games I can play to show off my leadership skills? It should be a game that involves interacting and working together with a group of people.

One thing you can do is take two planks, 8 feet long.  Drill Four holes into each plant in the same location.  Tie nylon rope till it comes up about chest high on you, roughly five feet on avg.  Now you have four people.  They stand with one foot on each plank and hold the ropes.  Now they have to navigate a course/strait line.  The catch: they can't talk.  Oh, and they're blindfolded.  You have to guide them.  

Oh, one of my favorites.  Take however many people, and blindfold them.  Now everyone joins hands in an outward facing circle.  Work them into a massive knot (weave people over and under and every which way)  now it's your job to untangle them.
