What are some gift ideas/gifts for a 22 yr old female?

My friends birthday is coming up and im not too sure what to get her. We live in the DC area so there are plenty of options. Last year I took her to the amusement park since it was our first summer here. We go to lunch and get pedicures and manicures regularly and we always just switch who pays so that wont really work either. She takes a ton of pictures so the ideas with photos of us have already happened. She loves shopping but pretty much has everything she needs including jewelry or body lotion products/perfume. I am thinking about doing a murder mystery dinner but dont really know where to find information on that. so any other ideas would be very helpful in case that falls through!! Thanks!!!

I live in MA and we blind folded our friend and 6 of us drove to the cape at a camp site and we spent a long weekend at the beach checking out all the hot guys, had a camp fire 1 nite with smores, Ghost stories and lots of alcohol.....then another nite we went to a VERY expensive restraunt where we had to dress up.... It was a good girls getaway weekend with no drama of the boyfriends... it was also fun acting like a kid that weekend too... just make sure you take lots of pics and then make a collage up and give it to her for a b-day gift ASAP after the event

Murder Mystery Dinners are so much fun!  You might search Murder Mystery Dinner, Washington DC and see what comes up:) ..... Are there any harbor cruise dinners nearby?  Is there a Medieval Times restaurant closeby? .... maybe a good local restaurant has wine-tasting dinners? .....or, you could ask in the Washington DC - Dining section here, and might get some specific answers:)  ...
