What are some good, affordable Portuguese Language programs?

I'm aware of Rosetta Stone but it is expensive. I'd like to know of other Brazilian Portuguese home study programs ( if there are any) that are good and in the range of $100 or less.

You can use Rosetta Stone through many libraries.  I am able to use it at home with mine, and the library is hundreds of miles away.
