Question:

What are some good COOLING herbs, spices or fruits?

I'm very heat-intolerant, and it seems to get worse each year. :( It occurred to me recently that I might get some relief from "cooling herbs" (or spices or fruits). But I'm not sure which ones they might be, and I don't have time at the moment to research them.

I do know that certain things will make you feel warmer, such as chamomile (herb), hot peppers (technically fruits), and certain spices used in chai tea. But I can't think of anything that works the opposite way -- COOLING the body down! Do you??

I'd be extremely grateful for any tips! :)
