What are some good Colleges in Tokyo that involve theater?

Usually public college doesn't have the kind of programs but private college does. Nihon University is one of them. But if you need to find a public school, there is  New National Theater Tokyo which is not really a four year college but a school to learn how to play and how to sing and so forth. They have a scholorship program, too so why don't you check the place if you are interested?

"Tokyo geijutsu Daigaku" is only public college in Tokyo.

It is established new course  to become actor, model, singer, etc.

Made by famous Japanese actor Takeshi Kitano last year.
