What are some good Creative Writing Magazines for Teenagers?

Question

I'm looking to subscribe to a writing magazine that gives tips on writing and general writing advice, but also is big on publishing the works of teenagers in it. I'd like to read work by ametures like me, about my age (I'm 14 going on 15-a soon to be Sophomore in high school). I'l also like to be able to submit my own work. ^^ Any good magazines you'd recomend?

hi nikki, i'm 15 and like writing. i always read writers digest but i have yet to see any teen-specific writing mags out there. maybe you will search thing like teen writing contests, etc to find ways to publish and sell your writing.
