  1. Try a PB&J with wheat bread. But put just a little bit of low-sugar jelly & slice strawberries &/or other fruits, so you get a serving of fruits too!  


  2. String cheese, yogurt, protein bars. So many!

  5. I eat apples.  Sometimes Kiwi or aprocots.  Ussually apples, its easy.

  6. baby carrots with either peanut butter or cream cheese or whats it called... oh ranch and you could also have celery and cucumber with that or sour cream and you could have trail mix, or like cereal, not the kiddy sugary ones but lk the healthy ones like raisin bran =]  

  7. Fruits.

    Apples, Oranges, pears.

    Anything that doesnt come in a bag box or package.
