  1. Milano's on Dawson street..best Italian in Dublin, not too expensive either....and Luigi Malone's in Temple bar has all kinds of different foods from around the world, but it is primarily an Italian restaurant...

  2. Steps of rome on clarendon st (just off grafton st) by far. Pasta Fresca next door you're more likely to get a table but not half as good, still an enjoyable meal.

Also Little Caesers- there's one off clarendon, one on harcourt st and one on dame st and if it's pizza you're after try the gotham cafe, either Duke st or Anne st off grafton st.

  3. I like Little Ceasars and Mona Lisa. Both very good and not too expensive!

  4. 'Ciao Bella Roma' on Parliament Street is good for pizza...

  5. Two good ones are:

Bar Italia, Lower Ormond Quay, in the "Quartier Bloom".

A bit more cheap and cheeful but still really yum is Cafe Topolis on Parliament Street.

  6. Pizza Stop in Balfe Street, off Chatham Street. It is run by Italians (haha, but always a good sign...) and it has good prices.

  7. Indepent Pizza Co. in Drumcondra. One the oldest, cheapest and best pizza in Dublin. You made need to book a table.

  8. I love the food of that italian restaurant on the North side, just off Abbey Street (pass Capel Street but turn left on the pedestrain way after the jervis center Luas stop when you come from O'Connel).

The food is delicious, no pizzas/pastas menu which are quite reductive but real tasty mediterranean food !

On a more cheerful note, I strongly recommend a place in Howth, called Cafe Bar Deli or something similar.

It's close to the church and look weird from outside but inside it's just brilliant ! The food is splendid, they've got different salads too, fresh seafood dishes of course (howth) and the price ? Well we had a meal for two with 2 starters, 2 mains and a bottle od sparkling water for 45euros!
