What are some good Medical Professions?!?!?!?

I'm very interested in the study of the human heart.. how ever, i don't want to perform surgery..

are there any medical professions that specify on the heart?!?!

There are lots of careers in the area you seek.  Go visit your local hospital and look for the Cardiopulmonary or cardiology departments and ask questions.

The heart is pretty interresting and the electrical conduction system is amazing.  You could start off as an EKG tech to see if you really like it.  Then move on to becoming a nurse or physician (4 yrs) with the specialty of cardiology or working primarily in a heart lab/institute etc. (additional 4 yrs. (as suggested prior).

Cardiology, and you don't have to be a surgeon to be that kind of specialist.
