  1. Troy

  2. Eragon

In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale

    King Arthur

    Kingdom of Heaven

    Beowulf

    The Seeker: The Dark Rising

  3. Actually, it's medieval~just for future reference. I'm not going to keep looking up dates, so here are some I know of:

    El Cid

    Excalibur

    Ladyhawke

    First Knight

    Dragonheart

    Dragonslayer

    The 13th Warrior

    Kingdom of Heaven

    Ivanhoe (TV miniseries)

If you want fakey Middle Ages, look no further than "A Knight's Tale", which uses modern songs and dances, which sadly totally ruins the illusion. There have been very few films about that time period made in the years you specify.

"Lord of the Rings" trilogy could pass as medieval I suppose. That is an amazing set of films.

  4. kingdom of heaven

    arthur

in the name of the king

    braveheart

    timeline

  5. The Gladiator

    Blood of Beasts

    King Arthur

    Tristan and Isolde

    Helen of Troy

    Troy

    Romeo and Juliet

    Emma

In the Name of the King

    Lord of the Rings

    Dark Kingdom

    Guinevere

    Camelot

    Darkest Knight

    Rodin Hood

    Princess of Thieves

    Merlin's Apprentice

  6. Dragonheart. It's from 96 but still great.

  7. Medieval is word I think you were looking for.

I'll just mix it up with realism and fantasy:  and Medieval covers about 1000 years.

First Knight, Braveheart, King Arthur, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, The Thirteenth Warrior, Beowulf (there is another film that is not an animation as well, but the computer animation is pretty good), A Knight's Tale, Kingdom of Heavan, Joan of Arc, The Norsemen, Excalibur, Shrek, Willow

  8. Most of these are not recent, but they're all Medieval in theme:

    The Vikings (starring Kirk Douglas)

    El Cid (starring Charlton Heston)

    Excalibur (directed by John Boorman)

Robin Hood (either the 1930s Errol Flynn, or the 1990s versions with either Kevin Costner or Patrick Bergin)

Monty Python and the Holy Grail

    The 13th Warrior

  9. King Arthur is pretty good with Clive Owen and Kiera Knightly.  Also, I guess LOTR is mid-evilish, so check those out!  =)
