What are some good TV usb sticks that cost £20 or less?

I'm looking for a TV usb stick so that i can watch tv on my laptop. however i dont want to spend a lot of money on one so im willing to spend £20 or less.

i saw one on www.tvstick.co.uk (Digital TV Stick [ TVS328 ] which costs £17.99, but it's out of stock and maybe discontined due to supply problems in china.

are there any tv sticks which are just as good and just as cheap? if so, can you tell me them?

To be perfectly honest they are not worth the money. They are as effective as a small telescopic ariel on a portable TV. You have to be close to a TV transmitter for them even to get any signal.
