  3. The Eye Toy. Other than that most everything already comes with it.

  4. In addition to those answers I'll add that you can buy FragFX controller for FPS games (resembles PC mouse). If you're from Europe or Australia - PlayTV device comes out soon. It allows to use PS3 as a digital recorder.
