What are some good activities for a 6 year old boy to do.?

im getting a job babysitting a lil boy named Garrett and hes 6. whats are some funa but safe activities that we can do?? like football or something like that.

I have a 5 year old girl, but all the neighbor kids (boys and girls all ranging in age from 4-7) love it when I bring the kids inside to make "Blue Goo"

Here is a link for my favorite recipe.  It makes just enough for one kid.  It makes this slimy, gooey stuff that feels kinda gross and is soo much fun to play with!  I make it in whatever color each neighbor kid wants so that they each have their own special goo.  Sandwich-sized zipper bags work great to store it in, just drop it in and sqeeze the air out before you zip it.  Put it in the fridge to extend it's life.

One caution, it doesn't take 10 drops of food coloring!  The more food coloring you use, the higher the chance it will stain.  Plain white vinegar cleans it up very easily!

You could have fun things for him to do in the kitchen, like make those dirt sundaes with the crushed oreos and gummy worms.  Any kind of arts and crafts are fun.  Glue sea shells or pennies to a picture frame.  Go outside with a bug collecting kit or butterfly net.  Sounds like fun!
