What are some good actors/actress to study?

hey! i absolutly love acting but i really dont know much about it like im taking classes and everything but i want to learn more so what are some good actress,actors,or even movies

that would be good to watch that i could learn from?

oh and something not like bad or anything lol maximum of

PG-13

also i love singing so what are some good musicals?

i love POTO,hairspray,sound of music of course,wizard of oz,and i love all the music from wicked but i've never seen the full play becuz i live nowhere near NY or toronto lol

so please recommend some good movies!

I think a good pg-13 movie is Juno. The whole cast of that movie is amazing. Or, you could watch the Pirates trilogy. Johnny Depp is amazing in all his movies.

If you want to be a Disney star, I suggest watching the shows (like Hannah Montana or Wizards) and/or movies. But, I must disagree with the girl who said 'Camp Rock' because honestly the acting was horrible. The HSM movies had better acting.

It all depends on what kind of movies or shows you want to do.

I agree, Johnny Depp is amazing. Try Edward Scissorhands.

Cate Blanchett is simply incredible. But her movies may be a bit more 'mature'. I also like Keira Knightley but, again, her movies tend to be period pieces probably not suitable for children. But you should watch her in Pride and Prejudice which is G-rated.

Some older girls are Judi Dench, Susan Sarandon and Meryl Streep. Helen Mirren's performance in The Queen is fabulous too.

What about Legally Blonde? Not sure what it's rated but Reese Witherspoon is a triumph in it. Amy Adams in Enchanted. She plays the role really well.

Have you seen West Side Story? It's one of my favourite musicals of all time. It's based on Romeo and Juliet. It's got fantastic songs too

you can try being an extra in movies. that way you can learn from other actors on set. it really helps.  this site should be able to help you look for parts: hollywood-opportunities(dotcom)

Okay, instead of watching a movie watch Miley Cyrus's audition tapes on youtube because that's exactly what kind of field you seem like your leaning towards and obviously the staff liked her audition. Take notes on certain things she did while she was saying a funny line or an emotional line.
