  1. headaches can be done all around the temples, eye sockets and the place in between your thumb and index finger (you'll feel the spot..its painful, and its very effective in treating most ailements) also right in between your nose and lips, press there firmly to stop a nose bleed, headache, stomache pain etc..

to stop hiccups, press behind your ear lobes, in that groove, or press 4 thumb lengths above your navel

  2. Headache pressure points: Between the thumb and forefinger on the webbing. At the temples. Behing the ears. towards the bottom. If the headache is caused by eye trouble, pressing the bottoms of the fingers helps.

Headaches can be caused by tension, intestinal trouble, etc. Stomach and digestion remedy I would recommend on the foot. Work the middle section of the foot and then down by pressing with the ends of the thumbs. Press firmly and hesitate for a few seconds on each area.

  3. if your local public library doesn't have books or videos about it, use these websites.
